Producer

I’m an Executive Producer with DCP Entertainment, a company with a mission I am proud to stand behind; in everything we do, we seek to center marginalized voices.

I have produced shows from the earliest stages of concept creation, leading the charge on the soundscape, segmentation, run-of-show, and final scripting. I’ve also jumped into projects that were already in motion, adapting to the style and preferences of the host and honoring what came before.

Shows I’ve worked on…

Podcast 360: Executive Producer, Engineer, Writer, Concept Creator; A fast-paced and fun game show that featured podcast company creators in season one and is set to feature your favorite hosts in season two, as they interview each other on industry subjects with timed questions and a round of two truths and a lie. From The Podcast Academy and DCP Entertainment.

Black History, For Real: Script Editor and Researcher; Wondery’s history series hosted by Franchesca Ramsey and Conscious Lee that reexamines overlooked moments in history with a mix of narrative storytelling and candid conversation. Education with a touch of historical tea.

Entrepreneur Struggle: Producer; DCP Entertainment’s CEO Chris Colbert has revealing conversations with business owners as they tell real stories from their entrepreneurial endeavors–the white-hot highs, the painful lows, and everything in between.

The Period Feels: Executive Producer, Engineer, Writer; this show is having all the period conversations I never got to have while growing up–and that’s because Gen Z is really working to get all the formerly taboo topics out in the open. It’s hosted by the leadership team behind the inclusive and sustainable period care brand August.

tigress by Nadya Okamoto: Producer; the unedited and unfiltered reflection on where host Nadya Okamoto finds herself right now — a work in progress, channeling her inner tigress.

Make It Plain with Mark Thompson: Executive Producer, Reporter, On-Air Contributor; a daily political, social justice, and human rights show, where I produced more than 500 podcast episodes (I also produced the live show out of SiriusXM).

I’ve also been fortunate to travel all over the country to produce content from the field. Here’s a list of all the really cool events and news coverage I produced on the road.
